Due to construction of a new parking facility, patron parking at Bellevue Library will be temporarily limited beginning Thursday, Dec 22, 2011. Parking will be available only in the Ashwood Parking Lot (the smaller lot adjacent to the ball field and the NE 12th pedestrian overpass) and is limited to 3 hours. In order to maximize access for all patrons, the 3-hour time limit is enforced and overtime parkers may be ticketed. Patrons needing to use the library for more than 3 hours are invited to visit neighboring KCLS libraries including

From 520 Eastbound:
Exit at Bellevue Way. Travel south on Bellevue Way two miles to NE 12th Street. Turn left and travel three blocks, past 108th Ave NE and under a pedestrian overpass. Parking entrances are on NE 12th and on 110th Ave NE.
From I-90 (both directions) and I-405 Northbound:
Take I-405 North. Exit at NE 8th Street (exit 13B-Westbound). Exit loops around and joins NE 8th to go over freeway. Travel through the light at 112th Ave NE, then turn right on 110th Ave. NE. Library is on 110th Ave NE between NE 10th and NE 12th. Parking entrances are on NE 12th and on 110th Ave NE.
From I-405 Southbound:
Exit at NE 8th Street (exit 13B-Westbound); turn right onto NE 8th Street (not hard right onto 112th Ave. NE.) Continue to next intersection and turn right onto 110th Ave. NE. Library is on 110th Ave NE between NE 10th and NE 12th. Parking entrances are on NE 12th and on 110th Ave NE.

The Bellevue Library is served by bus routes 220, 222, 233, 234 and Sound Transit route 550.
