Des Moines Library

The Details:
Upkeep and maintenance work at the Des Moines Library was completed in late-January 2008. The $516,000 project included repair work to the library exterior, as well as remodeling and upkeep of the interior. Due to the condition of the building, metal roofing panels, windows, exterior masonry and exterior stucco were replaced. The exterior of the building also was enhanced by a new, more protective entry canopy and metal panel siding.
