Sammamish Library Construction Project

The Details:
Construction of the new 19,500 square foot Sammamish Library is underway. The $16.3 million library will be located in a new development adjacent to Sammamish City Hall, called Sammamish Commons. The new library will include more books, materials, computers, space for children and teens and a community meeting room.

Construction of the new Sammamish Library continues and the opening of the new Library is tentatively set for January 9, 2010. The former Library building will be sold to the City of Sammamish.
