How to Work with KCLS Online Application Materials
The application documents may be completed on-line, then printed, signed and
submitted by mail.
You will not be able to save job applications on KCLS Public Computers
Software Requirements
You must have the latest version of Adobe
Acrobat Reader (version 7.05) installed on your computer to view, complete,
and print our fill-in forms. The Reader is free and you
can download it at the Adobe Systems web site.
Verifying and updating your version of Adobe Reader
Open Adobe Reader
Click “Help – About Adobe Acrobat.
Click “Check for Updates” if you have any version older than 7.0.5
Downloading Forms to your Hard Drive or disk
• Identify the form you wish to download;
• Right click on the form title link;
• Select "Save Target/Link As. . ." when presented with pop-up
menu;
• Select the destination directory for the download file; and Choose "Save."
Open Form
Start the Acrobat Reader application outside of the browser and open the downloaded
file, or click on the form title link within the KCLS employment web page.
If Adobe Acrobat Reader does not launch and you are prompted with what type
of application to open the file with, download a current version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html.
Completing the online application materials–
For both files saved to hard disk.
- Open the Application Materials in Adobe Reader.
- After completing the Application Materials, save a copy, print it
and sign the materials. Mail your Application Materials to: KCLS HR 960 Newport
Way NW, Issaquah, WA 98027 or fax to 425.369.3214.
- At this time we do not accept Application Materials sent via email.
