Creating A Community Mosaic

The KCLS Foundation is raising $1 million to create a Community Mosaic – a 2,000 square foot gathering place, performance space and learning hub in the new Tukwila Library.

This Community Mosaic space will augment an 8,000 square foot library and expand the facility to 10,000 square feet. The open space will be a community living room, stage for cultural programs and site for technology training, civic gatherings, festivals and numerous activities. One of the most diverse cities in the United States and known as the Ellis Island of the Northwest, Tukwila is a unique community.

Join us in this extraordinary opportunity and help create a Community Mosaic: a welcoming space to inspire residents to discover new ideas, find vital resources and connect with neighbors.

Donations of $5,000 or more will be acknowledged on a donor wall prominently located in the new library.  Space naming opportunities are available.
