Edwards v. Aguillard
Text of the 1987 U.S. Supreme Court Case Edwards v Aguillard
that ruled Louisiana’s “Creationism Act” –
which required any school teaching evolution to also teach creationism
– as unconstitutional. From FindLaw, begun in 1995 as a list
of Internet resources compiled by attorneys Timothy Stanley and Stacy
Stern and now owned by the publisher West Group.
