The Bellevue Entrepreneur Center (BEC), a division of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, provides the counseling and resources for small and start up businesses in Bellevue and on the Eastside, with a focus on women and minority-owned businesses.

Community Captial Development – InfoBiz partner
Helping entrepreneurs start, grow and finance their businesses, Community Capital Development provides technical assistance, training, and loans to small businesses and start-ups in Washington State. Their Small Business Assistance Center (SBAC) operates three centers: the Washington Business Center, the South Sound Washington Business Center, the Northwest Women’s Business Center and the Washington Statewide Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC). |

Green River Community College Small Business Assistance Center – InfoBiz partner
The Green River Community College Small Business Center (SBAC) is designed to provide technical assistance to small businesses in South King County and North Pierce County areas. The SBAC offers assessment, referral services, business counseling at no charge, and hands-on training to small business owners and managers.

Washington CASH – InfoBiz partner
By providing business development training, one-on-one coaching, collateral-free microloans, peer support, mentorship, Individual Development Accounts and computer lab access, Washington CASH helps hundreds of individuals build businesses, income and self-confidence each year.

The KCLS InfoBiz project received a grant from the Office of the Secretary of State through the Washington State Library as a part of the Renew Washington Project, which is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
