Welcome to the King County Library System

Many KCLS libraries offer free English and Citizenship classes. Contact your local KCLS library to learn about classes offered near you or visit www.kcls.org/esl.

With your library card, you can use our computers and borrow books, CDs, DVDs and other helpful resources at your local library for free. Fill out a King County Library System Library Card Application follow the application instructions to begin.

Search our catalog to find books, CDs, DVDs and other materials that may be borrowed for free from your local KCLS library to help with English skills, job skills and other needs.  Sign up for a library card to begin.  Bilingual library materials lists may be found on the language pages.
