Rosalie Whyel Museum of Doll Art
Take an online "self-guided" tour of the doll museum, located in Bellevue.  View Barbie, Madame Alexander, and Ginny dolls among other things.  Look at bear and miniatures.  Have a chat session or buy dolls for your little ones.

Pacific Science Center
Check out the exhibits, IMAX theatres, and planetarium.  Your preschooler will be fascinated by the laser shows in the laser fantasy room.  Select Special Events in the combo box and you will get the current feature attraction.

Seattle Children's Theater
Located north of Pacific Science Center and west of the Space Needle.  SCT performs original, adaptations of classics and contemporary plays for children, parents, educators and people who love theatre. 

Seattle Center
A great place to take your kids on a typical Seattle rainy day.  Introduce some international food to your preschooler--sampling Asian, Mexican, Italian and more.  Click on family programs to get a schedule of dances, concerts, and festivals to go to with your children.  Try out the rides in the Fun Forest.  

Wild Waves/Enchanted Village
Over 60 acres of Summer Fun for everyone.  Amusement and Waterpark rides from a 24,000 sq.ft. Wave Pool River Ride to the "I-5 Dive!" and the Amazing Wild Thing Roller Coaster!

Woodland Park Zoo
Take an online virtual tour with your preschooler of the Woodland Park Zoo.  Under education, click on animal fact sheets and find out about habitat, physical characteristics, diet and lifespan of zoo animals.

Seattle Aquarium
Look at the exhibits, pet sea anemone, and be surrounded by an underwater dome.  Get to know the sea otter Kenai, Kodiak and Lootas.  Loads of fun can be had here! 

Marymoor Park

The Friends of Marymoor Park launched this website.  Click on Birding at Marymoor Park and get a list of local birds who are seen througout the season.Get to know the falcons, sandpipers and gulls who hang around the park.  Your little ones will love the slides and jungle gyms.  

Point Defiance Park
This is the perfect place to take your child for a picnic, swimming, boating, while getting a lovely view of the Puget Sound.

Marina Park
Located in downtown Kirkland, near the water.  This is the place to take your preschooler to feed the ducks and seagulls.  Taking a stroll by the restaurants and boutiques and boat-watching can be fun on a sunny day too. 

Salmon Hatcheries
125 E. Sunset Way, Issaquah.  (425) 392-1118.
Children can watch salmon in holding ponds all year long.  There's also a small aquarium with different varieties of salmon from coho to chinook.
