About the Lake Forest Park Library
Lake Forest Park Library opened in the Lake Forest Park Town Center mall on June 20, 1965. This unique “library in the Mall” is a full-service library with a collection of 41,000 items, and access to King County Library System’s collection of nearly 15 million items. On January 7, 2012, the library reopened in a remodeled and expanded space on the lower level, growing from 3,700 to the current 5,841 square feet. The new library is bright and inviting, and offers a meeting room, expanded study areas and additional computers and materials.
