If you can't get to a library, your group can have the library's computers brought to you!

Techlab is King County Library System’s fully equipped mobile classroom with eight laptop computer workstations, a full productivity software suite, broadband internet access, and a screen projector for group instruction!

We teach a variety of classes to a wide range of audiences. Computer and Internet Basics, Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and courses that highlight unique KCLS services.

Techlab provides free and equal access to computers and computer instruction to places in our communities with limited or no access to KCLS in-library services. We work with seniors, low-income populations, refugee and new immigrant populations, ESL students, and young adults. Techlab is also ADA accessible.
