Tell Me A Story
The KCLS story time companion – what your librarians are reading at story time.
Ready-Set-Read
Ready-Set-Read is a reading incentive program for elementary age children to help them become successful readers. Read with your child 20 minutes a day for 20 days and your child will receive a free paperback book. Pick up forms at your local library!
Book Clubs
Engage in lively book discussions with other readers in your community. We sponsor a wide variety of book clubs at our community libraries. Find one that best suits you.

Parents, Teachers and Child Caregivers are invited to FREE Early Childhood Workshops.
Early Literacy Programs

The Study Zone
Volunteer tutors provide free homework help at your local library. Get help with
Math, SAT and WASL preparation, and more. This program is available for K-12
students. Study Zone hours and locations vary.
