You can reach librarians online, by phone and in person for help with reference requests.

Live Chat Reference
Professional librarians are available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will provide up to 20 minutes of live chat service in order to obtain as much on-line information as possible regarding your question.

Live Homework Help
Students in grades 4-12 and those taking introductory college courses can receive up to 20 minutes of specialized help per session with homework assignments in math, science, English and social studies homework. Professional tutors are available online from 2-10pm, 7 days a week.

E-Mail Reference
Send reference questions via e-mail at any time. Expect a response within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Telephone Reference:
Library staff is available Monday through Thursday; 9am to 9pm; Friday: 9am-5pm; Saturday: 9am-5pm; and Sunday: 12-5pm.
