You will need to use your KCLS card number to log into the service.  If you wish to receive a transcript of your live chat session, you’ll need to enter an email address.  Your transcript will be sent automatically to that address at the conclusion of your live chat session.

Service is staffed by professional librarians who will provide up to 20 minutes of live chat service in order to obtain as much on-line information as possible regarding your question.
