Site: 960 Newport Way NW, Issaquah, Washington (between Locust (paved trail) and Juniper Street; behind Target Store in Issaquah (Commons Shopping Center).

Building Size: Approximately 80,000 square feet.

Architect: The Miller/Hull Partnership

Contractor: Berschauer Phillips Construction Company

Building Highlights:

• Provides space for Library System's support operations for 46 branches, including Shipping, Traveling Library Center, Collection Management Services, Information Technology Services, Administration, etc.
• Building houses approximately 300 staff members, and provide space for training and meetings with staff from branch libraries.
• Building will feature meeting room for special programs and public use.
