The King County Library System Video Book Review Contest

You’re probably going to do what you always do during the summer: read lots of good books. So why not tell us about your favorite? You’ll be entered in a drawing to win excellent prizes!

The 2009 Read.Flip.Win Video Book Review Contest is here! It’s simple to participate:

  1. You must be in middle/junior high to high school to participate.
  2. Shoot a short video (up to three minutes long). Make it a Video Book Review (talk about why the book is so great) or a Video Trailer (think movie trailer – you get to be even more creative this way).
  3. Post it to your YouTube account.
  4. Tag your YouTube Video with RFWkcls2009.
  5. Enter your video in our contest here
You can enter as many videos as you like – they just need to be have separate YouTube URLs and be entered separately.
  6. Keep tabs on what your friends are doing – we’ll be posting some of the most recent submissions below.

Prizes are Flip Video Cameras.

The contest runs the full months of June and July, so please enter your videos anytime between June 1 and July 31, 2009.  Winners will be announced in August.
