Using The Forgot Your Pin Feature
The Forgot Your Pin feature will assist with resetting your PIN.
In order to retrieve your PIN using the Forgot Your Pin feature, you must have a current email address on your library card account
The following steps will enable you to retrieve your PIN:
Step 1: Visit the Log in To Your Library Account page.
Step 2: Select the Forgot Your Pin button
Step 3: Type in your Library Card number and click Submit.
Step 4: A message will be sent to the email address that is saved in your library card account.
Note: The email will be sent from circadm@kcls.org. Please be sure that this email address is added to your address book so it is not blocked by spam filters.
Step 5: Check your email account for the confirmation link. Click on the link to select a new PIN.
Step 6: Enter your library card number and a new PIN. You will be asked to enter the PIN one last time for confirmation.
Step 7. After selecting the Submit button, you will receive a final confirmation.
You have successfully reset your PIN.
