Acquisitions |
Currently off the shelf for attention by the
Service Center. Cannot fill hold requests.

Billed |
Overdue for more than 28 days. Cannot fill hold requests. |
Bindery |
Currently sent off-site for repairs. |
Caps Recall |
Currently off the shelf for attention by the Service Center. Cannot fill hold requests. |
Check Shelf |
An item that is not committed to a patron. If it is available for checkout, it should be found on the shelf. If it isn’t on the shelf, then it is being prepared in the backroom. |
Clms Retd |
Cannot be found, though patron claims it was returned. Cannot fill hold requests. |
C Reassigns |
Children's items that are
temporarily at the Service Center for potential distribution to
other branches. Cannot
fill hold requests.

Damaged |
Currently off the shelf for
attention by library staff. Cannot fill hold requests.

Display
|
Currently on display in a special location at the library. Cannot fill hold requests. Magazines currently reserved for in-house library use: might be available for checkout in the future. |
