What can I do with My Account?
- Renew Items
- Cancel Holds
- Change your PIN
- Change your Patron Info
- View your Checkout History
- Save Favorite Searches
How do I access My Account?
You can access your account two ways:
1. Click on LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT button in the blue area.
2. Click on LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT button in the upper black area.
What do I need to access My Account?
- KCLS Library Card Number
- PIN: (Personal Identification Number) must be a four digit code-
(this is often the last four digits of phone number)

My Account Home
Once logged in, the following screen will appear:
Change Your PIN
Click the CHANGE MY PIN button.

- Enter the PIN you are using now.
- Enter the new PIN – use all numbers so it will work with self-checkout.
- Re-enter the new PIN.
- Click SUBMIT

Change Phone or Email Information
Click CHANGE MY INFO

- Enter new phone number – use spaces or dashes between numbers, ex. 425-555-5555.
- Enter new email address.
- Click SUBMIT
- A "CLOSE WINDOW " image will appear to let you know that your information was changed.
Click on the "Close Window" image to return to "My Account".

Keep a List of Items Checked Out
Click MY CHECKOUT HISTORY

- You can OPT IN to keep a list of all items that you have checked out.
- At anytime, you can remove items from the list you create.
- At anytime, you can OPT OUT of keeping the list.

Return to MY CHECKOUT HISTORY to view and maintain the check out history.
Search Catalog
Search the Catalog from My Account to:
- Create favorite searches that can be used again and receive email
updates when new items are added to the catalog. - Limit search to items not on My Checkout History.
Catalog Search from My Account
Search Catalog - Save Searches
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Catalog Search.
- Create search.
- Click Save as favorite search.

View My Favorite Searches
- Log on to My Account.
- Click MY FAVORITE SEARCHES
