Apply for a KCLS Library Card

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your card. The first time you use your new card at the library or before you set your first PIN or use our eBook service, you will be asked to present photo ID with birth date (e.g., a driver's license, Washington State ID card, or passport) and identification that verifies your current address.
