With the claimed largest collection of comic books and cartoon art in the world and the only Cartoon Hall of Fame, the NCM plans to open on 3 floors in New Yorks Empire State Building in late 2006. This website is still expanding, but currently useful for its Cartoon Hall of Fame list.
