Washington Talking Book & Braille Library (WTBBL) - http://www.wtbbl.org/ Report Errors
WTBBL provides services to the blind and disabled - braille materials, audio books, audio magazines and their players. Their website includes an online catalog, links to state and national agencies serving disabled people, and downloads of Braille books for children and adults. The site explains also eligibility requirements. WTBBL is administered by the Seattle Public Library.
